You agree to follow and obey all policies. These may change anytime (please keep up to date with them). Violation of these policies may result in the suspension or termination of your account. Angel Networkz shall not be liable for any refunds, damages or data loss if your account is terminated for TOS violations.
Abuse and illegal content
DDoS attacks or any other attacks launched from within our servers or against our servers will result in your account being terminated. What you cannot host are: No IRC or related processes. No cracked/pirated software, illegal mp3s, virus/trojans (nor can you link to it). No illegal pornography (eg. kiddie porn) Resellers may not use their accounts to run a free hosting service of any kind. Any user in violation of this policy will have their site suspended and asked to remove it and may be charged a $25 penalty fee per incident for repeated violations. Failure to do so will result in account termination.
Adult Material
Clients are allowed to host adult content as long as it is legal.
Torrent Policy
Torrent trackers may be hosted, but under no circumstances will we allow actual torrent files to be hosted. Nor may you use your server to download torrent files
Privacy Policy
All client information is stored in secure encrypted databases and is confidental. Passwords, emails, etc will never be sold or given to any third parties. In the case of a rare security risk/legal issue this policy may be broken but only in extreme cases.
Refund Policy
Angel Networkz offers a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee (on shared hosting only). This however excludes all setup fees, administration fees and domain name registration fees. This policy applies to new orders only. Existing clients upgrading/downgrading are not included in this policy. In the event of a TOS violation Angel Networkz will not be liable for any refunds or lost data.
Cancellation Policy
Angel Networkz requires written notice to our billing dept. at least 7 days prior to your next billing date. Failure to meet the policy will result in a $20 processing fee.
Spam Policy
Angel Networkz does NOT condone spamming. If you're found to be spamming from our servers your account will be terminated. Anyone who knowingly and willingly violates this policy will be terminated and no refunds will be given. Sites repeatedly "spamvertised" are also not allowed to be hosted. Mass emailing is also not permitted (even double opt-in) without prior consent from Angel Networkz.
Uptime Policy
Angel Networkz promises to have your website/server up 99.9% of the month. This excludes all scheduled maintance, reboots, self inflicted downtime, backbone issues, DDoS, and hardware failures. Your account will be credited 100GB bandwidth for every hour your website/server is down.
Resource Usage Policy
Angel Networkz provides 100 MBPS ports for all servers, however anyone continually bursting over 5 MBPS will be warned. Repeated abuses will result in a $50 fine and a cap on the server in question. We aim to provide the best speed possible but there are other customers on the switches and you should respect them by not constantly using all the available throughput.
Hardware Policy
Angel Networkz will replace free of charge any faulty hardware. In the event of self inflicted damage (backing up to main drive etc) you may be held liable for replacement parts and labour.
Backup Policy
Angel Networkz will not be liable for lost data under any circumstances. Clients will be responsible for backing up their own files, regardless of whether Angel Networkz is also making backups.
Miscellaneous
The following services are not included in Angel Networkz managed support, however they are available as "Abnormal Support" billed at a rate of $25/hour:
1. Unsupported OS installation / configuration / troubleshooting.
2. Operating system reinstallation, for reasons other than failed hardware or hacked/compromised software.
3. Custom software installation: Angel Networkz may, at their discretion, assist with custom 3rd party software installation; however, the software will not be supported past installation.
Things not to do with your server: Will void your support:
Do not install a new OS over the existing one or attempt to upgrade the kernel remotely
Do not backup your files to the main drive (or the secondary one if you are using it for hosting web sites)
Do not abuse support staff (treat them the same way you expect to be treated)
Do not do anything to your server unless you are 100% sure it will work. If you have any doubts please check with support staff to see if what you are doing is viable and allowed
